Lea Putz-Erath is an expert in gender equality and the advancement of women.  With several years of experience as a social worker, she has a broad understanding of different organisations and systems that require navigation in today’s society. Today she is the managing director of female FrauenInformationszentrum Vorarlberg, an organisation designed with the purpose to support, aid and advice women on suggest as diverse as pension support, health, domestic abuse, childcare and working rights. In the role she works to improve media presence of the topics Gender equality, advancement of women, justice and partnership sharing of roles and generally the visibility of women. She has also been a lecturer at the FHV in the social work course since 2016.
