Data processing  

On our website you have the option of subscribing to our newsletter to receive the electronic Calliope newsletter. By doing so, you give us your express consent. We will neither disclose your personal data to third parties, nor sell or rent it to them.  If you cancel the registration process, no data will be stored by us.   

Data security  

Our website has an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate. This enables the encrypted transmission of your personal data. We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Despite all precautions, no transmission over the Internet can be considered completely secure. Although we comply with the legally required security standards, we would like to point out that we cannot guarantee the security of personal data transferred via the Internet.   

Web analytics

Our website uses features of Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. The information generated by Google Analytics about your use of this website (including your IP address) will be stored by Google, Inc. Google will only use this information to analyse the use of the website. Anonymised evaluations and graphics on the number of visits, number of pages called up per user, etc. are created. We use these exclusively for the purposes of our own market research and, above all, for the optimisation and needs-based design of our websites. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised. This means that only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the "Privacy Shield" agreement between the EU and the USA. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO. Our concern in terms of the DSGVO (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised. The user data is stored for a period of 26 months. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.   

Newsletter  

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website.
