Eva Grabherr looks at the world from different perspectives. And from each perspective, she is active and committed to dialogue and mutual understanding. Since 2001 she has been the director of "okay.zusammen leben" [okay live together], the knowledge and competence centre for migration and integration issues in Vorarlberg, Austria. Its purpose is raising awareness in society of the importance of migration and integration issues as central issues for the future. Grabherr also was the founding director of the Jewish Museum in Hohenems and the International Summer Academy for Museology at the Joanneum Museum Academy. Grabherr has received many awards – including the Kurt Schubert Memorial Prize for interreligious understanding.
