Standing up together for values such as women’s and human rights, pluralism and democracy, and standing up for a dignified life in justice in the diversity of approaches is what makes dialogue fulfilling for me. I like to be challenged in thinking together to come up with something that requires attitude and action.

Dialogue has become even more necessary in the face of global challenges. Art, culture and even religion offer opportunities for fruitful exchange that can convey optimism in times perceived as crisis-ridden.
